Stellar Awards were held in Nashville, TN. Donald Lawrence dominates, winning a total of six awards. Lawrence's mentee -- Baltimore, MD artist Jonathan Nelson (who recorded his sophomore project in December, 2006) walked away with the Song of The Year award for "I'm Healed."

RUMOR CONTROL
All hell broke loose when various websites (and busy saints that love a good email to forward) circulated rumors concerning Pastor Hezekiah Walker's sexuality, his divorce and him supposedly stepping down from pastoring as a result. Walker addressed the charges as being FALSE and shared in greater detail all that has been happening in his life with Essence Magazine [link] and Gospel Today.
