ISAIAH D. THOMAS & ELEMENTS OF PRAISE
Noted veteran producer, songwriter, and vocalist, Isaiah D. Thomas is back again with his second recording entitled "The Greatest" (release date March 25, 2008/Habakkuk Music). Said to be Thomas' and his group, Elements of Praise' best work yet, "The Greatest" was birthed straight from the heart. His love for music and God is evident in numerous songs featured on the CD including, "He's Able," "Let There Be Worship," "Focus On You," and "Jesus, Lover Of My Soul". The first single from this CD, also entitled, "The Greatest" is a hit from the first note. Its exhilarating praise and worship feel fused with authentic lyrics has taken the nation by storm! According to Thomas, "This CD is the best representation of what I believe God is trying to say through me."

Once you listen to "The Greatest," there will be no question in your mind that God has given Isaiah D. Thomas the gift to touch people through music. Each song speaks of the power of God. "God All By Yourself" tells the account of God's authority over all and why we worship Him. "Focus On You," another anticipated hit, is a true prayer unto God, requesting that He draws us closer to Him. It speaks of a believer whose only desire is to be in an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Thomas truly believes that there are people in the balance waiting to hear this CD. "The Greatest" will undoubtedly renew the strength of believers and convey the message of Jesus Christ to those who need to hear.

Thomas' musical career began at the age of 19 as the Minister of Music of Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church. There he released his first project with the Mass Choir entitled "Pray Everything Will Be Alright". This album was such a success that he released another project with the mass choir entitled "It's Time to Praise the Lord". God tremendously blessed both projects and allowed them to touch the lives of many.

Doors have opened for Thomas to work with artists such as Grammy Award Winner, Gladys Knight; Stellar Award Winners, Dottie Peoples, The Williams Brothers, and Byron Cage; Stellar Award Nominees, Bishop Michael V. Kelsey, Sr. and The New Samaritan Mass Choir. In January 2007, as a distinguished songwriter, Thomas captured the hearts of the gospel industry and proudly accepted his first Stellar Award for "Song of the Year", "I Will Bless The Lord, recorded by Byron Cage. In January 2008, Isaiah D. Thomas and his group, Elements of Praise, won the Stellar Award for "Contemporary Choir of the Year".

Thomas' Stellar Award win was a true blessing after a year of trials and tribulations. He gives God credit for saving him from a near-fatal car accident that he was miraculously able to walk away from with minor injuries. On his new album, "Said He Would Be With Me," is a testimonial song, inspired by his near-death experience. Thomas encourages everyone, even himself, that they are never alone.

Isaiah is créme de la créme! His music is remarkable, musically structured, scripture-based, breath-taking, soul-stirring, and inspiring. His music is easily identifiable with present day challenges and obstacles of life.

Isaiah and his wife Shalaundia reside in Maryland, and are the proud parents of three wonderful sons: Isaiah II, Gabriel and Michael.
