A native of Delaware, Norman was called into the ministry at the tender age of eight, at which time he began to preach throughout middle school and high school. Now, thirty years later, after receiving his Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling and a Doctorate in Church Administration, Dr. Hutchins now travels the country ministering to the Body of Christ through both preaching and singing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Dr. Norman Hutchins has appeared as a special guest on TBN, BET, The Word Network, and countless telecasts throughout various church ministries across the nation, and whether there are 5, 50, 500, or 5,000 people, Dr. Hutchins’ commitment to sharing the gospel through song and the preached word remains the same.

While a member at the West Angeles Church Of God In Christ in Los Angeles, California, where Bishop Charles E. Blake is the pastor, Dr. Hutchins served as the “Executive Minister of Music” for more than 250 churches. Dr. Hutchins was also the “Director of Social Services” where he had the privilege of ministering to more than 18,000 persons.

In November of 2001, Dr. Hutchins returned to his home state of Delaware as a nationally renowned Gospel recording artist and pastor. He and his wife Karen now reside in Dover, Delaware where Dr. Hutchins is the pastor and founder of the thriving church “Frontline Ministries Inc.” and is the owner of over 7 businesses including several restaurants, a record store, a jewelry store, etc. “Our heart’s desire is to provides jobs to the community so, to God be the glory for the opportunities he’s provided us to do this,” says Dr. Hutchins.
