PETTIDEE
Pettidee, a GRAMMY nominated producer and emcee, demands your attention as he brings the dirty south hip-hop flavor like it's never been brought before.

His new album Resurrections: Past, Present and Future is the perfect account of his own life experiences. When Pettidee thinks of his painful past, he allows it to keep him humble in his present experiences and prepare him spiritually for all that the future has in store for him. It’s not just about the music for Pettidee, but the message in the music. A loving father and husband, Pettidee is proud to represent a genre of music that spans boundaries of age, ethnicity and religion.

"The ability to share music I'm proud to have my kids listen to is important to me" says Pettidee. If his music doesn't spark your soul, his driven and focused personality is sure to spark your interest. Pettidee has a phenomenal mic presence, an incredible street presence and an awesome club presence. We're talking legendary material and when an artist like Pettidee speaks, the listeners will lend their ears.

Throughout Pettidee's 10-year career as an artist and producer, he has worked and performed with many different artists, not to mention overseeing his own independent label, SoldierSound Records. He has recorded and produced extensively with GRITS, arguably the most popular group in Christian hip-hop. But Pettidee isn't confined to only one area of musical influence. He has also contributed to the music of many other well-known artists and groups, including Beatmart Recording artists Japhia Life, DJ Morphiziz, Gotee Records artists 4th Avenue Jones and Verbs, and EMI Gospel singer Antonio Neal.

Not content with simply sharing the recording studio, Pettidee has also shared the stage with many artists over the years. Throughout his extensive touring, Pettidee has been seen live alongside best-selling artists like Mary Mary, Tonex, Lisa McClendon, GRITS, and The Katinas. Pettidee is not without general market exposure either and has performed on the same stage with the likes of Master P, Ruben Studdard, and T.I.

The new album Resurrections: Past, Present and Future is due in stores May 8, 2007.
